Proclamation
A proclamation is in the beginning a text posted in a public place to make known with the community an intention, a program. This term, initially appeared in Italian ( manifesto ) comes from the Latin manifestum , obvious , clearly, palpable, notorious, indisputable, obvious, which gave in French the “manifest” adjective which has the same direction.
The “manifest” term indicated thereafter a writing, an opuscule, published by a movement cultural, artistic, political or different, to make known its program or its ideology. It is in this direction a declaration, a profession of faith, a proclamation… Most known is undoubtedly the “Manifeste of the Communist party” of Marx and Engels. Another famous proclamation is the Manifeste GNU writes by Richard Stallman. Another the more anecdotic is the Manifeste hacker.
In the commercial field, one calls “proclamation”, a document drawn up in general for the Customs and which recapitulates all the components of a ship or an aircraft, of which the cargo, leaving towards the foreigner or while coming.
