Pro Natura

Spokesperson of protection of nature, Pro Natura is, in Suisse, the association of reference on the matter.

Founded in 1909 under the name of Swiss League for protection of nature , its initial objective was the creation of a national park. The ambitious project succeeds and the Swiss National park was born. It manages currently more than 600 natural reserves and militates for the creation of a second national park.

It includes/understands approximately 100.000 members today sharing the same vision: in a world where nature is more and more ignored and attacked, to engage in its favor and in favor of the man, integral part of nature. To feel a bond with nature, to try to include/understand it and to have in its connection a great direction of the responsibilities.
