ProMES is a system of measurement of Productivité and improvement of the systems and process, (Productivity Measurement and Enhancement System). This method makes it possible to improve the productivity, the effectiveness and the total performance of process, and/or that of the people implied in these processes.

In the broad outlines, it is a question of defining indicators of performances, of taking measurements and then, by loops of feedback, of leading the personnel to operate the modifications necessary to improve the unit.

The participative character of this method brings a satisfaction and an additional motivation to the employees, which increases the effectiveness of the unit further. This project is carried out by Professor Robert D. Pritchard, of University off Central Florida.
