The private property is the right which is exerted on the whole of the goods that has a Particulier (regarded as Natural person) or a Entreprise (regarded as Moral person).

Public property

The public property is what belongs in a State or another community (like the Eiffel Tower or the SNCF).

• the ground of a farmer
