Private law
The private law is the whole of the rules which govern the relationship between the individuals, physical or morals. Relations with the State or the Administration, and the relations of the public institutions between them recover the public Droit.
The principal branches of the private law are
- the Civil law,
- the Droit of the businesses
- the Law the labor.
In French right
One generally opposes the private law with the public Droit.
The natural judge of the private law is the legal Juge. Article 66 of the Constitution of October 4th, 1958 made of to a legal nature the natural judge of the fundamental breaches of liberty. The judge judicaire is regarded as the guard of individual freedoms and the guarantor of the private property.
