Private Agent of research
The term private Agent of Research was the legal name of the Détective private S and investigators who had been given to him, in France, by the law n° 80-1058 of December 23rd, 1980.
This text amended the law n° 891 of September 28th, 1942 regulating the private agencies of research.
These two texts were repealed by the law n° 2003-239 of March 18th, 2003 which thus made, also, to disappear this legal name without replacing it.
