The prison of Ajaccio is located at Ajaccio in Corse-du-Sud. It was the seat several escapes and attacks.
In the Eighties, a commando of FLNC penetrated there to carry out there in their cell two gangsters suspected of the murder of one of his members, Guy Orsoni.
