A printer is an apparatus making it possible “to draw” from the Bière of barrels. It is what is called the Bière with the pressure.
This apparatus is made up various devices, in particular the carbon dioxide and the cooling system.
Carbon dioxide in the form of Bonbonne makes it possible to put the barrel under pressure, the beer escapes then from the barrel by the opening and goes up towards the printer.
It passes then in the Cooling system, which comprises mainly a Compresseur cooling water (between 10 and 50 liters according to the size of the printer). The beer arises then coldly to go down directly in glass.
