For the work of Isaac Newton, consult Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica.

The Principia Mathematica are a work in three volumes of Alfred North Whitehead and Bertrand Russell, published in 1910-1913. This work has as a subject the bases of the Mathématiques. With in particular the Idéographie of Frege, it is a fundamental work, insofar as it takes part in a decisive way in the birth of the modern logic and is at the origin of contemporary logic.
