Princess Aniès

Princess Aniès is a raspy Frenchwoman who grew in Pontoise, Val of Oise. It is of Free-Taiwanese origin. Pionnière among the raspy Frenchwomen, it asserted himself like one of the artists impossible to circumvent of the Rap (female) French.

Biography

It takes its first steps in the rap in 1993 at the 14 years age and integrates the D.A. System in 1995 (Mysta. D, Tepa, Stor K). It founds with Tepa the group the Specialists in 1997.

She was requested for many projects and accumuleé of 1995 to 1999 more than one about fifty mixtapes (Cut Killer, DJ Poska, Oxmo Puccino, IV My People), compilations (News Gives 1, Lab' they, invincible the armada, Opération freestyle, D. Abuz System), and more than 150 concerts in France and abroad (the Printemps of Bourges, the Solidays Festival, Algérie, Switzerland, Germany, Martinique).

In 1999, Princess Aniès accompanied by its Tepa assistant, leaves the 1st opus the Specialists. This album was very well accommodated by the public, which been worth to him the price of the best self-production of the year at the time of Festival XXL Performances. Princess Aniès was recognized besides by the readers of Groove as one of best raspy whereas it had not left anything in solo, which confirms its talent and its approval rating.

Strong of its success, Princess Aniès becomes the first raspy radio presenter in 1999, by animating with Bob the emission Générations 2000. It takes part in projects such as First Class Vol.2, Mission-suicide, Cutee B. Style, IV My People what it classifies it in the forefront of female MC' S.

After several maxis of which striking it " That which/Unceasingly " , Princess Aniès leaves its first album solo in November 2002, Conte of facts . It records in the tread its first clip If I were a man . It will have had the initiative during enregistement of its album, to carry out the piece Hip Hop Citoyens where will pose various artists with an aim of reacting to the first turn of the presidential elections of 2002.

The Specialists then sign at IV My People. At the end of 2002, at the beginning of 2003, Princess Aniès enter in studio to record the second album of the Specialists: Reality Show left in September 2005: an album in the purest style of the group.

It mainly produces the first album of Amara left in 2006, which leaves on the label Aniès, Tilt, on which its first album solo left and on which will leave a little later its Street CD My little story .

Lastly, Princess Aniès leaves Best Of on September 26th, 2006, My p' tite history . CD which recalls all its history in the music with more than 50 titles. It will record a piece in homage to the victims of the tragedy of the Darfur who is in listening on her myspace.

It is currently in preparation of its second album solo which will leave as a major during 2007.
