Prince de Monaco
The prince de Monaco is the sovereign of the principality of Monaco, according to the Constitution of the December 17th 1962. It defines its government as a Constitutional monarchy hereditary. The prince of Monaco is the Head of the State Monegasque and represents the principality in his relationship with the foreign powers.
