One cannot which title give very well either the princes consorts in the event of death of their wife, this case being very rare in annals of monarchy.
The Prince Consort (written with capitals), revêt a different character. It acts indeed in this case of a official Titer of nobility. The Prince Albert of Saxony-Cobourg and Gotha is the only British prince of the History to have ever carried it. This principle also applies to any person who, following a marriage, sees herself allotting the titles of united sound, even not sovereign. However, it would be possible, according to certain sources, that Camilla Parker-Bowles, the current wife of Charles, prince de Galles becomes Princesse Consort and not queen at the time of the accession of her husband to the throne. Another example of Princess Consort concerns the Princess Lalla Salma of Morocco.
