The primitive side sclerosis is a amyotrophic side Sclérose of genetic cause being characterized by:

  • a beginning in the second year of life
  • Loss of fast walk (less than one year)
  • progressive Degeneration of the higher motoneurones without complication
  • late Loss of elocution by attack of the neurons ordering the laryngés muscles
  • Absence of intellectual deterioration
