Primitive side sclerosis
The primitive side sclerosis is a amyotrophic side Sclérose of genetic cause being characterized by:
- a beginning in the second year of life
- Loss of fast walk (less than one year)
- progressive Degeneration of the higher motoneurones without complication
- late Loss of elocution by attack of the neurons ordering the laryngés muscles
- Absence of intellectual deterioration
