The Prêtres of the Martyrdom are a congregation founded by the Père Carpenter, in 1634, on the Mont Valérien, close to Saint-Cloud. The congregation took place in the vault, the night of the Thursday to the Good Friday, and was a very attended Pèlerinage, that serious disorders made prohibit in 1697. The congregation was removed with all the others in 1791.
