PricewaterhouseCoopers
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC, marked " with the anglaise" ) is the largest world cabinet of audit, council and service born into 1998 of successive fusions of the historical Anglo-Saxon actors of this sector (Pricewaterhouse and Coopers and Lybrand). On a world level, it is most important of the Big Four which comprises also Deloitte, Ernst & Young and KPMG. PwC France is third on the French market. In July 2002, it sold its branch consulting with IBM.
