The Louisville Silver Slugger Award , or Prix Silver Slugger , is a price that a player of the major Ligues of baseball receives for his talent with the beater. Each year, nine players of the American League and the National league receive this honor. The price is distributed by Louisville Slugger , a company which manufactures the beaters of baseball. The Prix Silver Slugger is allotted to the launchers is diffused only in the National league because in the American League the launcher is replaced by the Frappeur indicated.
