Price Seraph-Marion
Created in 1984 in the honor of a professor free-Ontarian, writer and untiring defender of the rights of the out-Quebec French-speaking people, born in 1896 and deceased in 1983. It in particular gave in the Canadian West of many conferences where it asserted the recognition of the rights of the French-speaking minorities. The price is decreed with a personality which defends the rights of the out-Quebec francophonie.
