Price Joseph-Armand-Bomber
The Prix Joseph-Armand-Bomber is a Québécois distinction created in 1980, in the honor of Joseph-Armand Bombardier, most famous of the inventive Québécois and founder of the company Bombardier. The purpose of it is to recognize research tasks having contributed to an technological innovation. This contribution can be the development of a new product/process having definitely competing advantages or the significant improvement of a product/existing process. The marketing of the innovation must have been successful or must have a promising potential. The price is given either to a person, or with a team.
