The Priacanthidae are one of Poisson S sailors of Perciformes represented by four S and 19 S.
Their French common noun is “beauclaire”.
Description
They are fish of intermediate size (20 to 50 cm according to the species) to coloring chatoyante and presenting a particularly large eye which was worth their English common nouns to them: “bigeye”, “bullseye”.
