The President of FC Barcelona is elected for a 4 years mandate by Socios of FC Barcelona. To have the right to vote, Socio must be major, member of the club since more than one year, and not be under the blow of a suspension of its quality of Socio. In the event of resignation, the direction can elect a new president to finish the mandate or to resign to leave the place to a board of management in load of the convocation of new elections.
