Here a list of the presidents of the Ghana since its independence of the the United Kingdom the March 6th 1957:

• 1957 - 1960: Kwame Nkrumah, Prime Minister on the English model. The queen of the the United Kingdom Elizabeth II being Head of the Ghanaian State.
