Presenteism

The presenteism is the fact of being present. The Taux of presenteism represents the number of present manpower brought back to the number of present awaited. This rate is the complementary one to 100% of the rate of Absentéisme (i.e. the sum of these two rates is worth 100%).

The surpresenteism is the fact of making Overtime without being paid. It would concern more than 50% of the French employees.
