Presbyopia

The presbyopia is a Eye trouble which makes difficult the Focalization of the vision for reading or carrying out a work of near. It is not a disease but a process of normal ageing of the eye and more particularly of the Cristallin which is sclerosed while hardening. Moreover, its enlargement (20µm per annum) decreases the effect of the contraction and the relaxation of the two muscles blamed in accommodation. This phenomenon in general touches people of more than forty-five years, because the Cristallin then starts to lose its flexibility.
