The Prix Ariel ( Premio Ariel ) is a tographic reward Cinéma, decreed annually by the Mexican Académie of Arts and Cinematographic Sciences since 1947 with films and the Cinéaste S more deserving. The Ariel price is considered most prestigious of the Mexican Cinéma. The film more titrated is the labyrinth of Side, with 9 rewards.
History
Decreed prices
Ariels are statuettes designed by the Mexican Sculpteur
Ignacio Asúnsolo. The original prototype is preserved inside the Studios Churubusco of
Mexico City. The name of the reward comes from the news entitled
El Ariel of the Uruguyan author Jose Enrique Rodó. The highest distinction is the Or Ariel.
