Preliminary draft of reform of the right of the obligations and the right of the regulation

L' preliminary draft of reform of the right of the obligations and the right of the regulation is a French project of reform of Books III, IV and XX of the Civil code French (Contrat S, Quasi-contrat S, Civil responsibility, Prescription). It is also called preliminary draft Catala in the honor of the president of the commission which was in charge of its development, the professor Pierre Catala.
