Predictive automatic dialling unit
A predictive automatic dialling unit ( predictive dialer in English) is a Computing system used in the centers of calls. The predictive automatic dialling unit composes automatically of the phone numbers to identify phone lines for which there is a human answer (in opposition to a Fax or a voice mail) and it assigns then these lines with agents.
