- A52 stage: Brünnstein hut with the hut of Rotwand via the valley of Ursprung;
- A53 stage: hut of Rotwand with Sutten via the lake Spitzing;
- A54 stage: of Sutten with Kreuth via Risserkogel;
- A55 stage: of Kreuth with Lenggries via the refuges of Hirschberg and of Lenggries;
- A56 stage: of Lenggries to the Tutzing refuge via Brauneck;

- A59 stage: Weilheim refuge with Garmisch-Partenkirchen via Wank.
The Way of Dream ( Traumpfad ) Munich - Venice also carries out by Préalpes Bavarian. It is certainly not a path of great excursion official, but the way recommended for the first time in 1977 obtained, meanwhile, a notoriety much larger than of the national or transnational paths:
- day 3: of Geretsried to the summit hut of Brauneck via Bad Tölz and Lenggries. The major part of this stage is traversed in the Tectonic foreland;
- day 4: summit hut of Brauneck with Jachenau via Benediktenwand;
- day 5: of Jachenau with Hinterriss via Vorderriss where it enters Karwendel;
