The Centrale of the Interbank Payments (CRY) is a private company which manages the payments and rising payments of large of the platform Euro, connected with TARGET.

It integrates a rough payment and Net (RTGNS - Real-Time Gross and Net Settlement) in the Monnaie of the Central bank, by aiming at operations in Real-time.

It was created on January 14th 1995 and is intended to be replaced by Trans European Automated Real Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (Target 2) in 2008.
