Power station Arkansas Nuclear One

The Nuclear plant Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) is located at Russelville in the Arkansas.

Description

The power station is equipped with two pressurized water reactors (REFERENCE MARK):
  • Arkansas 1 slices 1 : 846 MWe, brought into service in 1974, exploitation envisaged until 2014.
  • Arkansas 1 slice 2 : 930 MWe, brought into service in 1978, exploitation envisaged until 2018.
Section 1 was built by Babcock and Wilcox and slices it 2 by Combustion Engineering.
The company Entergy Nuclear is owner and operating.
