Power Rangers (televised series)

Power Rangers ( Mighty Morphin Power Rangers or MMPR ) is a Televised series American in 155 25 minutes episodes and diffused between the August 28th 1993 and the February 17th 1996 on the network Fox. In France, the series was diffused starting from the September 7th 1994 on TF1 in the Club Dorothée .

Synopsis

This series puts in scene five young people who, after having covered combinations of color, become the Power Rangers and have powerful capacities allowing them to fight the Evil.

Recruited by a mysterious character of the name of Zordon and its friend Alpha 5, each one of them has a special capacity, a particular weapon (sword, axe, arc, etc) motor bike and a vehicle-robot called Zord .

In each episode, the forces of the Evil send on Ground an original monster having capacities varied in order to put an end to the team of the Power Rangers and, according to a very traditional scenario, to conquer the world.

This monster, after having undergone a first defeat consequently becomes giant and the Zords of each Power Ranger are assembled to form only one and single robot, the MegaZord . After having undergone the supreme attack of the MegaZord , the monster is killed definitively.

First season

American astronauts explore for the first time the the Moon. Arrived on the moon, they fall on a rather odd object, an object resembling a dustbin: it is the lunar dustbin in which the war veterans locked up Rita Répulsa. The astronauts not knowing the danger that represents the lunar dustbin, open it and release Rita Répulsa like its servants (Goldar, Finster and two others).

It is at this time there that Zordon and Alpha 5 seek five young teenager which will be able to use powerful the capacities of the war veterans well. These five young people are Jason, Zack, Billy, Trini and Kimberly. They become then the Power Rangers . Jason becomes it To arrange red, Zack, it To arrange black, Billy, it To arrange blue, Trini, it To arrange yellow and Kimberly, To arrange it pink. Whereas Rita had made create in Finster of the invincible patrol craft, Rangers, by the intermédaire of Jason and Tommy, had to go to find a weapon to fight them: they are the gun of the Titanus . Titanus is a Zord of the carrying type, which was to keep these magic guns. However, Jason and Tommy succeeded in recovering them and thus controlling the Titanus . This ultimate Zord , the Titanus , can join the five Zords as well as the DragonZord to form with them all the UltraZord .

Later, Tommy loses its capacities To arrange green because Rita Répulsa creates the green candle of being able. Once extinct, its capacities are lost… for always. Tommy then entrusts its medallion of being able to Jason in order to save the capacities of Arranging green, which could be used thanks to those of Arranging red. Jason thus inherits the scraping-knife of Arranging green, its shield and then controls the Tyrannosaure and the DragonZord .

Some time passed and Tommy will find its capacities because Zordon gave him part of its force of immense capacity: to arrange green is ressuscity, but only for some time: the force of Zordon which Tommy inherited becomes increasingly weak with more it uses it, like a battery.

The lord Lord Zedd arrives on the moon to replace Rita Répulsa which failed in its search to eliminate the Power Rangers and the second season starts.

The last ten episodes of the season are known are the title Alien Rangers ( Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers ). Thus, Rangers usual saw the time of the Earth reversed (the adults become children) by Lord Zedd and Rita Répulsa and their capacities of Rangers are not usable any more. Zordon calls upon old knowledge of another planet, the Alien Rangers of the planet Aquitar, rangers extraterrestrial with the immense capacities in order to compensate for the absence of our six usual heroes.

The Alien Rangers control their clean Zords , the Battle Borgs d' Aquitar . Five Zords are ordered by telepathy and remake the gestures of the Alien Rangers . However, the Battle Borgs do not have any means of meeting, like the land Zords , it cannot couple their capacity to form a MégaZord , therefore where necessary, the Alien Rangers can call the capacity of the Shogun MegaZord of the Power Rangers .

Rangers d' Aquitar are beings very powerful, intelligent, but which draw their forces in pure water, Lord Zedd and Rita Répulsa are tried by various means of polluting/of removing water on Earth in order to eliminate the Alien Rangers , in vain because the six Rangers “children” will help as much as they can it the Alien Rangers .
