The poultry farming is the breeding of Oiseau X or Volaille S. Although being a Mammifère, the Lapin fact is classified among the poultries.

Origin

Poultry farming of production

It relates to the breeding of birds with an aim of drawing a production for the man from it. It provides several products:

• Meat : they are animals raised to be shot down and consumed. This breeding incut production of poultries to be roasted whole, cut out pieces, cooked dishes, foie gras or grease.
• Eggs : Often resulting from hens, the eggs of other animals can be also consumed. The modern breeding hardly concerns that the ruail and hen eggs incidentally.
