Potamal
The potamal is the downstream part of the Fleuve S. It is the fourth and last part of the rivers of the moderate zones after the Kryal, the Rhitral and the median Partie.

- a flow generally slower than in the parts upstream
- a bed more and more Silt them and Argile ux
- the fauna is primarily characterized thermophilous species eurythermes- (very tolerant species liking heat especially)
- a hotter water and eutrophic
- a return to heterotrophic conditions
