Post (political)
In the Political slang of Canada, the word post indicates a Candidat with an election which is duly registered but which is perceived like not having any chance of victory or important success and which thus does not make or that very few activities of countryside.
The parties use posts in districts or they do not enjoy any appreciable support, in order to have candidates in the whole of the counties of the country or the province in question. In certain cases a party could use posts in order to reach a certain obligatory threshold of many candidates in order to maintain his statute legal of party active.
The posts are often faithful members or even employees of the party, who often do not remain in the district where they are presented.
