Port-Vendres

Port-Vendres is a common French, located in the department of the the Eastern Pyrenees and the area Languedoc-Roussillon. Its inhabitants is called Port-Would sell them.

History

Formerly principal point of loading bound for the Algeria, Port-Vendres (of Latin Portus Veneris , the port of Venus) is a Seaport Roussillon, today very snuffed by the tourists who come many each summer to benefit from his and marina Plage S.

Its management is ensured by the Chamber of commerce and of industry of Perpignan and the Eastern Pyrenees.
