Evolution

  • Vis-a-vis the claims expressed by this junta popular, the exaperation of the citizens came after October 27th to be added to incomprehension vis-a-vis the methods of the governor, obviously in rupture of dialog: the draftsman Tute translates this popular aggravation to see the federal troops of the Policía Federal Preventiva , qualified paramilitaries or of " " , to place them in a situation of martial Law in fact. The comment associated with the image considers the inhabitants of Oaxaca de Juarez as prisoners inside even of their places of life, forsaken in situation of terror and danger.

  • Évidemment the insurrectionists do not stick to drawing graffiti on the walls, it seems, according to this official statement taking again a translation of a text of Raoul Vaneigem in favor of the populations in fight, that the APPO declared the November 12th in congress the formation of a Commune (even term that at the time of the Commune of Paris) related to the city in Sédition, and makes a point of taking advantage of its rights vis-a-vis being able it of the ciudad of Mexico City .

  • the foundation of this popular junta , event which slices definitely with what previous decades had let perceive of the practical policies in Central America (i.e. the endemic constitution of military juntas with the contempt of the people) is regarded as an irrevocable fact on behalf of their authors: they announce from now on with the new Mexican president that the end of the strikes will not put a term at their existence, and that the measurements taken at the level of the State will have to pass by them in the decisional chain; shameless declaration to be able it in place, which illustrates the general climate of this business.
