Poppu

Poppu is a fictitious character of the Manga Fly.

Fifteen years old, it grew in the village of Rankakusu, where his/her parents hold an arms manufacture. Charmed by Aban, he becomes his disciple and involves himself with the magic.

He meets Fly on the island of Demurin, when Aban and it go there to involve Fly. It is the only person, with share Gome, to follow Fly everywhere where it goes.

Very boasting, coward and weak at the beginning of the history, it is one of the characters who grows more. By love for Fuam, it will be involved seriously with the magic, not to be a weight for the others.

He does not hesitate several times to put his life concerned, to even sacrifice itself, to save his friends. He will also purposely make be rejected group to be able to fight freely Baran and his henchmen, determined to die by making the most possible damage.

Pulled by Matorif, its magic force grows enormously. By respect for its Master, he will not flee when this one calls upon its supreme incantation, Medoroa, and manages to control it whereas it is an almost prohibited incantation which shortens its life when he uses it.

Its moral strength, revealed at the time of the invocation of Minakator, is courage. By dislike of itself for what occurred on this occasion, its magic force grows terribly, and it becomes able to use incantations of higher level, which it is of cure or attack.

After the final combat between Fly and Hadora, it thwarts partially the plans of Kilvan by saving Fly. But, to have wanted to help Hadora, there will remain prisoner of the trap of flames, and will owe its safety only with the intervention of Aban.

He plays a decisive part in the final combat against Ban, offering to Fly one second carelessness of Round of applause to enable him to place an attack.
