Popa Chubby

Popa Chubby , of its true name Ted Horowitz, is a singer and guitarist of Blues and Rock New Yorkean.

Biography

Originating in the Bronx to New York, its aggressive style is influenced by Willie Dixon like Jimi Hendrix. Like Jerry Lewis, it has much more success in France than with the the United States, where it is known only specialists. Its name of scene is drawn from an expression of Argot, " pop has chubby " , which wants to say to have a erection. Each one of its albums is a concept in him even. Perfectionist, it is the king of the yells. He has a collection of guitars including one Fender that the manufacturer had not indexed.

He also plays of the battery, that it sometimes happens to him to practice on scene.
