Pont- channel of Répudre

The tubular bridge of Répudre is a Pont-canal located the commune of Paraza in the Département of the Aude and built by Pierre-Paul Riquet to make it possible the Canal South to cross a small river the Répudre. It is one of the first tubular bridge built in France. It goes back to 1676. A commemorative plaque fixed on the southern face of the bridge precise which it is about the first bridge channel.

In December 1999, it was damaged by a rising.
