Polysomnography

The polysomnography (or polygraphy of the sleep ) is a Medical examination consisting in recording, during the Sommeil of the patient, several physiological variables (rate of respiration, Cardiac rhythm, electroencephalogram, electromyogram of the Muscle S of the arm or the Jambe S…) in order to determine some turbid related to the sleep.

Goals:

  • Examination of diagnosis or confirmation

  • to direct the treatment and medication
  • to follow the evolution or the regression of an identified pathology
  • As research
