Polynice
In the Greek Mythology, Polynice (in Greek old Πολυνείκης / Polyneíkês ) is one of wire that Oedipus had with his mother Jocaste, brother of Étéocle, Antigone and Ismène. He is married with Argie (girl of Adraste), of which he has Thersandre, Adraste and Timéas.
At the time of the exile of Oedipus with Column, him and his/her brother decide to divide the throne of Thèbes and to reign each one one year out of two. But Étéocle, assembled on the throne, refuses to return the capacity, and Polynice goes to Colone to obtain the blessing of his/her father. Instead of that, this one curses it:
“Goes, curses, driven out and disavowed by your father, more scélérat of the men, carries with you these imprécations which I make against you, so that you do not seize your ground, that you never turn over in the Argos hollow, but how you tombs under the fraternal hand and that you cut the throat of that by which you were driven out! ”

Polynice joins together all the same around him several hero, the forwarding of the seven chiefs, and leaves to put the seat in front of Thèbes. All perish in the countryside, except for Adraste. Polynice and Étéocle, the two enemy brothers, are entretuent during a combat, as Oedipus had announced.
