Polymorphism of conformation of the simple bits
In English: Individual strand conformation polymorphism or SCP.
Technique of molecular biology aiming at separating different Alleles from the same gene (allozyme) while misant on the differences in migration in a gel not denaturing their various conformations.
One uses this technique on variable genes the such gene Mitochondrial 16S2 or the gene of the Cytochrome oxydase of the type II (COII).
