Polunga
Polunga is a character of the Manga Dragon Ball . It is, just as Shenron, a Dragon crowned. Its name means, in Namek, God of the dreams .
Whereas Shenron was created by Kami-sama after its arrival on Ground, Polunga was created by the large Master of the Namek S. It is more powerful than Shenron because it can grant three wishes instead of only one. However, it at the same time cannot ressusciter several people and thus owes in ressusciter one by wish. Later in the manga, it becomes able to do it, following the change of Namek chief. Contrary to Shenron, it is imperative of speaking in Polunga in language namek so that it exauce the expressed wish.
