Political regime

The political regime is the form of organization of the capacity within a Political system. The political regime refers in particular to the Constitution of a State, to the mode of the poll, the organization of the capacity between the various political components of the system, etc

A should not be confused political regime with one Political system . For example, in one political system like the Democracy, one can find different political regimes , like the parliamentary Mode or the Presidential regime.

The political regimes are not exclusive. It is possible that several types of modes are combined. For example, a parliamentary Régime can have a technocratic tendency .
