Political exile

The political Exil consists in having to leave its country of origin because of repression or risks of repression exerted against oneself or its close relations.

These exiled which comes in general from country not applying political pluralism seek has to flee this country and to take refuge in a country laid out has to accommodate them.

The host country can be an applying country political pluralism, but it can also be another authoritative but hostile country with the country of origin. All the political opponents do not aim at political pluralism.

Often the political opponents organize in their host country the fight for change in their country via organizations of resistance or government in exile (as resistance Tibetan which organized a government in exile in India). Certain countries limit the right of the refugees polittic has to exert a work of destabilization of the foreign governments, that is very depend on the diplomatic relations between the host country and the starting country.

The right of asylum is recognized in the majority of the democracies, however the regulation as regards immigration often have tendency has to restrict this right to the profit of an immigration serving the economic interests of the host countries, such as the elaborate concept of Selected immigration in France in 2006.

Agreement of extradition are sometimes signed between democracies and dictatorships, exiled have often only one low number of possible host country.
