Surtout that in your writings the language either révérée

In your greater excesses is always crowned to you.

In vain you strike me of a mélodieux sound,

If the term is unsuitable, or the vicious turn.

you Hasten slowly, and, without losing courage,

Twenty times on the trade give your work;

Polish it unceasingly and repolish it:

Add some times and often erase.

It is little that in a work where the faults swarm,

Of the flashes of wit sown from time to time sparkles.

It is necessary that each thing is put there in its place;

That the beginning, the end answer the medium;

That of a delicate art the matched parts

form there one very various parts.
