Podia
The podia (singular podion ) are small bodies laid out between the prickles of the sea urchin S and which play a part in their locomotion, nutrition and breathing. In the past named feet ambulacraires or tubes ambulacraires , these bodies are cylindrical and hollow. They can end or not in a suction cup.
