Plouisy
Plouisy is a common department of the Coast-with Armor, in the area Brittany, in France. The inhabitants are called the plouisiens.
Etymology
Plouisy comes from old Breton “the ploe” (parish) and from Issey saint (noted Sanctus Ydi in 1195 and Seynt Isy in 1358).
