Geography
History
- In 1638, Plouasne is touched by the epidemic of Peste which also affects Tréfumel and Saint-Juvat, after having prevailed with Taden in 1636. At the time of this plague, the vice-chancellor must read as usual during the large-mass certain stops of the Parlement of Brittany opposing the local practice and relating to the burials in particular. In spite of the usual respect of the vice-chancellors, this one must for his safety be withdrawn highly from the hostility of its audience.
