Playoffs NBA

The playoffs NBA are the Playoffs of the National Basketball Association (NBA). They are organized in 4 turns and gather 16 teams. (8 of each Conference). Gaining first turn ( first round in English) advance towards the semi-finals of Conference ( Conference Semifinals in English), and gaining them of the semi-finals of Conference continue towards the final Conference ( Conference Final in English). Then, the champions of each Conference meet at the time of final NBA ( NBA Finals in English). Each series is played best of the seven matches, i.e. the first team which gains 4 matches gains the series. In the past, the first turn was played best of the five matches. Finales NBA are played in format 2-3-2, i.e. the 2 first matches as well as the 2 last (if they are necessary) are played in the installations of the team having the advantage of the ground. The team having carried out the best regular season has the advantage of the ground. All the other series are played in format 2-2-1-1-1.
