The plate of Okhotsk is a Tectonic plate of the Lithosphère of the Planet Ground. Its surface is of 0,074 82 Stéradian S. It is generally associated with the Eurasian Plaque.
It is located in the East of the Asia. It covers a small portion of the East of the Siberia, the peninsula of the Kamtchatka, most of the Mer of Okhotsk, the islands Kouriles, the island of Sakhaline, the island of Hokkaidō, the North of the island of Honshū and Is Mer of Japan.
The plate of Okhotsk is in contact with the plates of the Amour, Eurasian, North-American, peaceful and of the Filipino .
Its borders with the other plates are in particular formed of the pits of subduction of the Kamtchatka on the east coast of the peninsula of Kamtchatka, of the Kouriles on the east coast of Kouriles and the Japan on the east coast of Japan.
The displacement of the plate of Okhotsk is done at a number of revolutions of 0,8450° per million years according to a pole eulérien located at 55°42' of Northern Latitude and 82°86' of Longitude Western (référentiel : peaceful Plate).
